Target & Goals
Target
Our target is to raise at least 2000 women/young entrepreneurs in Igbo land annually by exploring the full potentials of our socio-cultural and economic endowments as obtainable in other developed countries of the world. Most importantly, out of this number of young people to benefit from this project, the host state is to earn the highest percentage annually.

Key Goals
By integrating cultural heritage with entrepreneurship, the festival seeks to address pressing societal challenges such as unemployment and social disconnection, fostering a sense of identity, unity, and purpose among participants. This initiative not only strengthens cultural bonds but also paves the way for economic transformation and global recognition of Igbo culture, through:

1. Cultural Preservation
Safeguard and celebrate Igbo traditions, art, language, and heritage
for future generations.
Revitalize indigenous practices and ensure their relevance in modern
times.
2. Economic Empowerment
Foster sustainable economic opportunities through cultural entrepreneurship for women and youth.
Boost local economies by attracting tourism and promoting cultural
products and services.
3. Youth Engagement
Inspire and involve the younger generation in cultural preservation and
creative industries.
Provide mentorship and skill-building opportunities in arts, tourism,
and entrepreneurship.
4. Global Outreach
Position Igbo culture as a significant contributor to global cultural diversity.
Attract international recognition and investment through vibrant cultural
showcases.
